The Flats On Broadway

“The Flats on Broadway” located at 208 W Broadway Montour Falls, NY formerly the Montour Falls Union School, is of a later date than our other projects (1921). Even so, the Montour Falls Union School building stands as an intact physical illustration of the evolution of primary and secondary education serving the area. The building was no longer used for public education after modern facilities in Watkins Glen and Odessa were erected in 1965. Subsequently, the property was taken over by the County, and has been known as the Rural Urban Center, housing County offices until 2008. It has been lovingly restored to include eight residential units and professional spaces.
